Ritik Singh, CFA started his career working as research analyst at a financial institution.
At TresVista, he served as a dedicated analyst to a US-based growth equity fund (~$400M AUM) focused on consumer and wellness investments. He built several valuation models (DCF, trading comps, etc) as well as analyzed transactions valued at $200M+.
He also conducted financial due diligence, cohort analysis, and revenue segmentation to assess unit economics and scalability.
He then joined SME, working with the valuation team as senior analyst where he managed quarterly valuation cycles for Permira (UK-based PE client) across 4 funds (~$1B AUM per fund; ~$150M average investment size), covering ~30 portfolio assets. Furthermore, he structured and translated complex fund waterfalls (3-4 tier preference stacks) including Black-Scholes and PWERM-based option components into standardized valuation workflows.
Then, he joined the valuation team at Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) as a senior associate. He performed quarterly private equity valuations for ~10 portfolio companies per cycle and real estate valuations for ~12 assets per cycle using DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and adjusted NAV methodologies. He also reviewed and reconciled external valuation reports (Deloitte, EY, PwC, Kroll), assessing key assumptions including discount rates, revenue growth, exit multiples, and capital structure inputs against internal fair value benchmarks (IFRS 13). Designed and implemented valuation approval workflow used across three teams (BVAL, Real Estate, Credit), formalizing governance prior to submission to investment teams.
Ritik holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He also passed all three levels of CFA exam.
